Old Testament 1
Exodus 19

19:5 Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine

19:21 And the LORD said to Moses, Go down and warn the people, lest they break through to gaze at the LORD, and many of them perish.

19:22 Also let the priests who come near the LORD consecrate themselves, lest the LORD break out against them

19:23 But Moses said to the LORD, The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai; for You warned us, saying, Set bounds around the mountain and consecrate it.

19:24 Then the LORD said to him, Away! Get down and then come up, you and Aaron with you. But do not let the priests and the people break through to come up to the LORD, lest He break out against them

19:25 So Moses went down to the people and spoke to them

God loved the Israelites so much when He told Moses to warn them the second time not to come close to where He was so they won't die and Moses replied God like “they won't come, the first warning is enough, they have heard you God"

God's reply suggested He was furious with Moses' reply because He told him to go and warn them again.

God knows the Israelites were stubborn that's why He told Moses to warn them again.

When God sent you a message to someone, you need to take it seriously, if God needed your opinion, He would have asked, all you need to do is obey.

And if you say God has not expressively sent you a message, there's a message God has sent every of His followers; that we should go into the world and preach the Gospel. If we fail to deliver this message, it could cost people their lives just like the Israelites.

God loves the sinner but nor their sin, that’s why He wants every sinner to repent (2 Peter 2:9). And when God sent us, it’s not in our place to judge who God sent us to, our work is to obey God.

Old Testament 2
Psalms 58 & 59

58:6 Break their teeth in their mouth, O God! Break out the fangs of the young lions, O LORD!

59:5 You therefore, O LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel, Awake to punish all the nations; Do not be merciful to any wicked transgressors. Selah

59:17 To You, O my Strength, I will sing praises; For God is my defense, My God of mercy.

This is a psalm of prayer to God for defense and waging war against wicked ones.

New Testament
Acts 10:24-48

10:26 But Peter lifted him up, saying, Stand up; I myself am also a man

10:27 And as he talked with him, he went in and found many who had come together.

10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth and said: In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality.

10:35 But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.

10:45 And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also.

The Holy Spirit is for every Christian. And Christianity is open for everybody, Jesus Christ is for everybody.

So far you have given your life to Christ, you have the right to be filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is not for some "special Christians" or forbidden for a set.

Tarry for the Holy Spirit and you shall be filled. The Holy Spirit is more than willing to come into your life.

Action Point

Has God sent you a message to someone before and you refused to go, it's not too late to obey God right now!
